Hope this makes up for all the lollipops and pain au chocolats I’ve been feeding you lately, baby boy. Cheers to health👩🏼🍳
The “blue zones” are the areas of the world where people live the longest. Did you know that one of the staple foods the blue zones have in common is beans? They are so healthy - full of fiber, protein, and nutrients - so good for your heart! Here’s a quick bean burrito I made for lunch - just organic kidney beans, brown rice, and spinach with some hot chili salsa all from Trader Joe’s of course! 😘
My favorite thing about football season.... always the food. We discovered this place a couple weeks back and it’s DIVINE. Brooklyn’s Finest Pizza in Denvaaaa
One of my favorite fruits of all time- organic ruby red grapefruit. Add to chilled sparkling water (strain or don’t) and you’ve got a darn tasty, healthy, and refreshing treat.
I’M BACK!! After however many weeks of being locked out of this darn account I’m back y’all!!! (Thanks insta for your crazy password recovery settings)! Here’s my grandma’s “fabulous fudge” I made for my fudge-loving husband over the holiday cause we weren’t allowed to fly this late in the pregnancy game. I made it so he could have a taste of home since his mom always makes fudge similar to this too. Yum yum. Will post recipe here shortly😘🤤
Mood 2: still pregnant, so milk and cookies...hehehe.
TJ’s hazelnut chocolate cookies w speculoos cookie butter ... and milk 😱🤤
Mood: snacks for lunch
Belated Turkey Day post! Note to self: don’t attempt to cook this much food the day of thanksgiving while pregnant ever again! Talk about an exhausting 12 hours! Though the leftovers for 3 days were probably worth it 🤤💕. Homemade from my thanksgiving fam recipes: cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, walnut chiffon pie, pecan pie, whipped cream, sage stuffing, gravy, garlic mashed potatoes. Homemade from Michael’s thanksgiving family recipes: cheesy potatoes, Mac n cheese, deep fried cauliflower. Which one of us grew up in Texas?! ❤️ Also featured: green beans, rolls, an entire SMOKED turkey (made in the traeger!), etc. Not featured this year: pumpkin bread and cranberry bread - did I mention the exhausted part? Next year tho for sure!
Michael ordered 36 wings on Saturday. 21 of which I ate. Very proud. The baby wants what he wants 🤤
