Great Guac 6 fresh, ripe avocados (diced roughly)
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 onion shallot (medium), minced
2/3 cup grape tomatoes quartered-- or diced roma tomato
juice of 1 lime
cilantro if you have it (I didn't this time)
cayenne pepper to taste (I used about 1/4 tsp)
Dice avocados and place in mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients, mix, but not too much. Should be creamy but with texture.
Serve with either homemade multigrain tortilla chips or store bought, heated up in oven. Place in pretty colored dish.
Serve and enjoy with friends and family!
