Well, it is officially day 15 of my 15 day Real Food Challenge and I must say I am not sure if I want to stop. I feel so empowered, I have gained so much self control that I didn't realize I had, I run everyday now and I feel like I am getting back to my old super fit self. So, here's what I am going to do. On Day 16, the first day off my challenge, I am going to eat that slice of HP 7 cake I made the other day, and then I am going on another challenge. A 30 Day Challenge. It's going to be super hard to stick to this in college, so I am going to try to make a College Style one when I get there, so people can join me in eating healthy while away. But, since I have about a month until I go back to school (omg is it really that soon???) I think I can pull this off! I'm going to add the triangle challenge to it and post more regularly with recipes and inspiration. Also, hopefully I'll be able to give you a day by day summary of my progress and recipes, with pictures of course! I would also like to say a huge THANK YOU to 100daysofrealfood.com for suggesting this challenge and for making up fantastic clear rules and for proving that this can be done. I feel so great and accomplished right now and I am so excited for an even healthier me yet to come!
For all of you out there who have doubts, just try it! If nothing else, in starting this challenge you'll realize just how little real food we as Americans regularly consume. It might just shock and infuriate you!
